A Space to
Be Heard
and Understood
I'm willing to be you're not necessarily shy. If you are, that's okay too.
You're not unprepared in the least bit. In fact you are probably over-prepared, due to constant analyzing and practicing, but just don't make the move. You freeze the second the pressure's on: the pitch, the post, or the room. You've probably taken the courses, rehearsed the speech, practiced in the mirror, and thought about getting a coach. None of it touches the actual fear. That's why it keeps coming back.
In one day, we work through the fear that's been running your decisions. You stop talking yourself out of opportunities and start taking them.

This isn't general trauma work stretched over months. It's built for one specific thing: the fear of being visible. One day instead of a year of sessions. This replaces months of talk therapy, years of avoided opportunities, and the money already
spent on courses and coaching that only taught you to manage the fear instead of resolving it. One focused day, and we're done.
WHO IT'S FOR
Is This Right
for You?
You've probably had a history of anxiety related to public speaking, pitching, or being visible online for instance. It’s probably getting in the way of your business and/or career. Usually it’s not the event itself. Most times there's a past traumatic event or a message you received about being seen which has caused you to shut down before it happens again. We spend one full day of EMDR therapy addressing the beliefs and memories under that anxiety, instead of months (or years) of weekly sessions. You leave no longer feeling paralyzed by fear, no longer talking yourself out of opportunities, and take action without overanalyzing yourself first.

FAQ
Common
Questions
Not at all. You don't need a formal diagnosis or referral. If you feel ready to talk, that's enough. We'll explore what's going on together during our first session.
There's no preparation needed. Come as you are. Some people like to jot down what's been on their mind, but it's completely optional.
Many clients notice small shifts within the first few sessions. Deeper, lasting change typically unfolds over two to four months, depending on your goals.
